“Great respite from Michelin-starred restaurants”
Un autre joli hommage rendu sur le site de Tripadvisor par Sara E. d'Oakland en Californie:
"30 mars 2010
Passing through Saulieu on a surprisingly snowy March day, we were pleased to find the very basic Café parisien as we drove into town. I had read a little write-up saying it was a great food stop if you didn't want the expensive gourmet Michelin experience. Seated at a long table with 3 generations visiting from Bordeaux, we enjoyed the plat du jour (Montbéliard sausage with lentils) and baked potato covered with local Epoisses cheese, local ham (like prosciutto) and salad. Some of our table mates were watching (and betting on) the horse races playing on the TV, the grandparents engaged us in conversation (they had visited CA and loved it, we must come to Bordeaux, etc.); and the grandson enjoyed playing under the tables. This is a very casual place - hardwood floors, bentwood chairs, no cloth napkins. The chef stuck his head out to greet a friend at the bar and received a round of applause from everyone at our table."
Merci aussi à Tripadvisor, le premier site mondial d'avis de voyage, qui vient de nous citer parmi ses bonnes adresses et nous gratifie de son chouette logo.
